What to include in Hostess Packets
After you have looked at everything in your kit and showed your family & friends how cute everything is…..Now it is time to make hostess packets for your first parties!! What goes in a hostess packet? I use a 2 pocket colored folder with a label on front including my contact info and include the following.
· 2 -3 catalogs
· A hostess letter from you
· A hostess flyer
· This month’s customer & hostess special
· A consultant flyer (hostesses are our best recruits!)
· 5 outside order forms
All the flyers can be printed from Thirty-One Today under the consultant’s toolbox. Each month, the home office posts a printable invitation. You can type your party information on the invitation and print it off. It is very professional looking and it makes your hostesses job even easier! Below are sample letters for my hostesses. Feel free to use them or make your own. Just change the personal information and the tax information.
